这种PE大桨质地轻,不易变形,性能好而且更安全,不容易伤人和物。物美而价廉。由于大桨轻翼型好而效率提高,会使整机的电流减少(原来悬停电流约为4.8-5.2A,PE桨电流仅为4.2A左右)飞行时间增加,电机发热减少。这是小电直高效PE大桨及具有角度的垫片:

带角度的塑料垫片在桨和旋转头之间,再用所配的M2.5*10螺丝和金属垫片连接,要求PE桨与旋转头的连接配合要紧密一点,用手转动桨感到有较大的连接摩擦力,如果不紧密,容易产生“双桨”或者“点头”现象,但不要上太紧使PE桨变形。由于连接较紧密,不易自动甩开伸直,需要用手将PE桨两端拉直后才能飞:
The plastic gaskets with a certain angle are placed between the blades and rotor head, and then connect them with the M2.5*10 screws and metal gaskets.  It is required the firm connection of PE blades and rotor head, if not, the double blades will happen and the helicopter will shake.  However, it's better not to connect them too firm.
PE大桨的翼型非常重要,这是克拉克Y改平凸翼型,升力大、操控反应灵敏。是原来的凸凹翼型的塑料大桨无法比拟的,凸凹翼型升力好,但是稳定性和动态飞行及操控性能差,也就是说用原来的这种凸凹翼型的塑料桨来作室内外高速大动态飞行是很困难的。所以这种凸凹翼型是不会用在高性能的电直和油机上的。高性能直升机的翼型一定是平凸、双凸准对称、双凸对称型。
The aerofoil of the PE main blades is very important to the helicopter, and the aerofoil used in this helicopter can produce the large rising power and has good sensitivity.
PE大桨的迎角靠垫片的角度决定,为8度。不同的角度会影响操控灵敏度和飞行性能,可根据电直性能,一般在6.5-9.5度之间,如果角度小于6.5度,转速要较高才能飞,转速高稳定性应该好些,但是操控性(灵敏度)会降低,得不偿失。

The pitch angle of PE blades is determined by the angle of gaskets and it is 8 degrees.  This angle can be changed and is depended on the performance of the helicopter, normally it is between 6.5 to 9.5 degrees.
